Just a thought, but when advertising not only here but anywhere think about this if you have a line in your ad that says “Mention this ad and receive 10 percent off,” remember it doesn’t work. 

Here is what I have found: 

It makes people feel uncomfortable, customers fear they’re going to mention the ad and the employee is going to say, “What ad?” putting the customer in the defensive position.
