A Chicago Style Hot Dog is a Vienna hot dog made with only the freshest & leanest domestic beef, mixed with a secret blend of spices and hardwood hickory smoke. We nestle the Vienna hot dog in a bun & cover it with a wonderful combination of toppings: yellow mustard, bright green relish, fresh chopped onions, juicy red tomato wedges, Kosher style pickle, spicy sport peppers and a dash of celery salt (optional) all wrapped up with an order of fries!
To Make our Italian Beef at Chicago’s Beef & Etc we start with the very best Beef cooked with Italian spices in our specially made cooker, sliced the next day and served on authentic Turrano french bread-try topping it with sweet or hot peppers.
